REPORTS & CERTIFICATES

On all new work we will provide you with an official Completion Certificate for your reference. We'll also provide an Electrical Installations Condition Report on any existing installation if required.

As a 'Part P' registered company we issue Inspection Certificates along with Part P registration with the local authorities.

HOME BUYERS & LANDLORDS

As of 1st July 2020, it is a government requirement that all landlords must obtain a “satisfactory” EICR (Electrical installation condition report) to cover for 5 year period.

We are fully aware of today's current requirements for buying and letting of properties in respect of Electrical Installations Condition reports to satisfy local authorities.

The reports are submitted along with an estimated cost of the works required to bring the installation in line with the current British Standard BS7671: 2018 (IET wiring regulations).

PORTABLE APPLIANCE TESTING (PAT)

Portable Appliance Testing is a requirement of the British Standard BS7671: 2018 (IEE wiring regulations) and the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989. Where electrical equipment of any type of voltage used, or intended to be used, where persons work on of near it, to be maintained in safe condition.

Appliance test records provide for recording inspection and test results for portable electrical equipment including appliances, luminaries, tools, machines and extension leads etc. Equipment connected to a supply via a plug and socket outlet.
